There are no refunds or returns on these services, under any circumstance.
You will be instructed to check a box at the time of scheduling your appointment that will have our current return or cancellation policy. All policies you agree to at the time of booking will be upheld.
This a website that operates on personal intuitive services, meaning you are paying for an Intuitive Consultant to use their intuition to help you on your journey. Not agreeing with what your consultant said, not liking your consultant as a person, or any other personal misalliance will not grant a refund. We will do our best to connect you with the best consultant for you based on any feedback you give us. Please reach out if you would like assistance in selecting your consultant prior to scheduling an appointment if this is a concern. We want you to have the best experience possible!
Once an appointment is scheduled you will receive a rescheduling window (this time frame will be displayed as a check box you agree to at the time of booking). If you must reschedule due to an emergency after the window for rescheduling is closed, you may email email@example.com and we will do our best to accomodate you. However, accommodations are NOT guaranteed. Any messages about rescheduling after your appointment (meaning, no-call/ no-show) or any requests made with less than 2 hours notice, is not guaranteed.
Repeat "no-call/no-show cancellations" are subject to termination from our site. We will do everything in our power to respect your time and energy. We appreciate the same in return :)
